While some prefer downtime and relaxation for the holidays, I prefer to fill my down days in the winter months with snow filled mountain slopes and warm nights by the fire. But, no matter where you are I hope that you are surrounded by those that love you, doing whatever makes you happy to the highest degree, whatever makes you complete. I have been feeling increasingly thankful for the things and people around me in the past few days. Perhaps it’s thankgiving, perhaps it’s just that time of the year when cold winter nights foster deeper thought. Whatever it is I feel it necessary to divert your attention towards a piece I wrote over the summer while enjoying a crystal clear winter night sipping chilean wine in the Southern Hemisphere.

After a few days of tweaking and coding fury, my blog now has a new look which I am quite pleased with. It enables a higher level of customization as well, so you can expect to see ongoing tweaking as well.
