Small is The New Big

Sunday, June 12th, 2005

Small is the new big only when the person running the small thinks big.

I’m catching up on a lot of reading that I am behind on. And, again, Seth Godin is brilliant. I quote him quite a bit, because he speaks of change and how to accomplish it. We need more people in the world like him. Check out the first post he wrote on why small is the new big.

Speaking of small, my friend Amit Gupta likes great ideas, and building things that are small and great. Check out what he did in Times Square this weekend.

Looking to the Future

Sunday, June 12th, 2005

So, I know I suck. No blogs, barely on IM these days. It’s a busy time. Blogging is as habitual as anything I can think of. But I’ve resolved to, at the very least, post a couple of times a week. I’d love to post once every other day, but any blogger knows not to set expectations or attempt to forcast the frequency of blogs into the future ;)

The buzz in the tech world continues to heat up. Last week brought Apple’s WWDC, lots of other conferences are abuzz, and new technologies and web software apps are dropping weekly. It’s getting hard to keep up.

Thank you to Norberg for pointing me in the direction of this one. Check it out and think about what the near future will bring.

Blip.

What’s up everyone!

Sorry about the blip in my blog/site being down. My hosting company had a small problem with a fairly talented hacker. So, as you could have seen if you swung by yesterday, my site was reduced to a comical error page. In german.

So, I’m back. It’s been a crazy week or so, but I’m resolved to posting at least every other day or so. Lots of great news to talk about in the tech industry.

Oh, and, I can’t wait for my new Coldplay album that I just preordered to download itself into my iTunes Music Library. Check out the cool new Ecto feature that tells you what I am listening to with one click:
