The most important thing in software development is motivation. Motivation is local — if you aren’t motivated by what you are working on right now then chances are it’s not going to be anywhere near as good as it could be. In fact, it’s probably going to suck.

  • I didn't know if you saw this or not, but ITConversations postsed a podcast of Jason's recent lecture. I just got done listening to it last night and it is great.

    Don't worry about not posting...I'm sure all the CRs appreciate the work coming down the pipe...although now that I'm not one anymore I do enjoy more blog posts! :)
