Travel.
For those of you that know me, you know that travel is one of my biggest passions. Travel knocks you directly out of your cozy american comfort zone and drops you fatly into a new world. New culture and societies expand your mind and give you an appreciation for things you may never have believed existed or even thought about. I’ve loved photography most of my life, but was on a pseudo-hiatus for the last couple of years due to the advent of digital technology. With the cost of film and development high, my SLR went into the corner, downgrading my creative photog world to my Canon Digital Elph. While a great piece of equipment, being limited to 2 megapixels and one focal length is just not my cup of tea. I recently got my hands on my first digital SLR. A Canon 10D, pushing 7 megapixels, and a plethora of wonderful lenses to choose from. So, that being said, my travels have become increasingly well documented. Therefore, I have put together a new website dedicated to travel, so that all of my wonderful readers may live vicariously through what my photographers eye might render useful in telling the story of that journey.
